Post-treatment cancer patients and caregivers can benefit from a free six-week program that starts on Tuesday, July 24. The Optimizing Life program will be held on Tuesdays from 6:30-9 p.m. at St. Matthew On-The-Plains Church, 126 Plains Rd. E.
